These partners offer the highest quality massage and meditation equipment on the market, so others wanting to steal the concept will only have access to lower quality equipment for their potential customers.

A membership-based, convenience concept attracts customers within a tight location radius. Selecting the right location within that radius that targets the brand demographic with lifestyle co-tenants and significant drive-by traffic is key.

An inviting and relaxing experience matched with an efficient Chill Joy retreat layout is essential to ensuring the quality of the services as well as the profitability of the capacity of the model.

Promotional trial sessions allow the customer to experience the new concept before committing to an affordable membership. Membership events and perks sent by both text and email marketing remind customers of the brand's valuable experiences of relaxation, rejuvination, and recovery in every quick and easy session. Chill Joy of Texas is the franchise group based in Frisco Texas that has the rights to grow the brand throughout the state of Texas.

✔️ We are looking to raise capital to continue this growth with the opening of the next generation 2.0 location in the DFW area.

✔️ We are also looking for partners that would be interested in building out locations in key markets throughout Texas. (San Antonio | Austin | Houston | DFW )

✔️ Chill Joy of Texas has favorable terms, fees and agreements with Chill Joy Franchising (Franchisor) to help support this Phase I growth.

✔️ Investors can invest in the growth of the Chill Joy of Texas group in addition to securing future markets ear marked for Phase II growth.
